HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
Travel
agency Brana Tours offers you a lot of interesting destinations as targets for
your travel and sojourn in
Croatia
. You can make a reservation easily choosing through
hotels, private apartments, tourist settlements, villas and rural houses,
wellness resorts or cruising on the
Adriatic
sea.
1. SEARCH
You
can start your search from the proposed categories specified under OFFER
or clicking on the central photographs (hotels, private apartments, tourist
settlements, villas and rural houses, wellness resorts, cruising on the
Adriatic
sea).
If
you already know which destination are you interested in, you can start your
search from the DESTINATIONS of from the GEOGRAPHIC MAP where all
the offered destinations are divided in regions ( Istria, Kvarner,
Dalmatia….)
2.
GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE ACCOMODATION UNIT AND IT’S PRICE
Clicking
on the chosen accommodation unit you can find out more information and
descriptions and passing through the offered ACCOMODATION UNITS you will
find the corresponding prices for each of the proposed accommodation types
(single o double bed rooms, apartments for 2,3,4 persons…)
3.
RESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Under
each accommodation unit you will find the RESERVATION FORM. The same
form is available under each price of the chosen accommodation unit. If you are
registered, you can create your own Favourites list and make a reservation from
there.
The
RESERVATION FORM must be filled in with the requested data. First name
and family name of the person that you put on reservation form will be the
holder of the reservation and the following voucher. All the data must be true
and accurate so that it makes possible all future contacts with you.

is obliged to protect the personal data of all the clients and confirms that
those will be used exclusively to carry out the orders submitted. Your
personal data are securely stored and are available only to authorised
personnel. All the employees and business partners of Gioel Travel are
responsible for performing under similar terms for handling the customer
private data.
When
you send your Reservation form, you will receive the window telling your that
your reservation request has been accepted. If you don’t see that window it
means that you have omitted to fill in some necessary data and you will have to
fill it once again.
4.
CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION
When
we receive your reservation request, we will control if the reservation in the
requested unit is possible and will send you the detailed offer with the price
calculation. If there is no availability in the requested unit, we will propose
you the similar accommodation.
5.
TIME-LIMIT OF THE OFFER
Our
offer is valid 3 days. Within 3 days we must receive your confirmation
and payment. If during the time-limit of 3 days we do not receive your payment,
our offer has expired and it’s not valid any more.
6. PAYMENT
Regarding
the possibilities of payment, please read the text PAYMENT DETAILS.
7. VOUCHER
When
we receive your payment, we will send you by mail the VOUCHER. Voucher is
the document that confirms the paid services. When you arrive to the chosen
accommodation unite you must deliver the voucher on the reception desk.
